AH!!! Autumn is finally here!! Rich oranges, reds and mahoganies dot the countryside and it is my absolute favourite season to shoot in. Unfortunately it’s our busiest season on the farm, with 3000 acres to harvest we are usually running off our feet, scrambling to get things done. Photography is a nice outlet for my creativity: it gets me out of the combine and doing something fun.
Pssttt—– If you’re looking to book your Engagement or Senior/Graduating portraits: the Fall is the ABSOLUTE best time to get them done— I can make magic happen people!!! I am booking the evenings of Oct 5-9, Oct 12-16. Senior portrait sessions are $250 and include 1-2 hours of shooting time, 25 digital edited files and your makeup professionally done!!
Alright– back to business. This evening I enjoyed a gorgeous golden hour with my best friend Kate: she is graduating from highschool next June (cry!!) and these are her Senior photos. These photos are going to make awesome Christmas cards and look great on Mom & Dad’s walls!!! We took in some terrific scenery on some of my families land and I just LOVED the rich red grass. Who says the prairies are boring? Not me!!!
