Deanna & Ryan hoped for snow for their winter wedding at Willow Lane Barn. Just a day before their wedding, central Alberta was dry and brown with a few patches of snow. All of us guests and vendors hoped and prayed that there would be snow for the wedding.. and I woke up on Saturday to a gorgeous blizzard!!!...
Eric proposed to Terra last September while sorting calves from cows!! They loaded up the horses to go and wean calves in their back west pasture, (Eric of course cool as a cucumber). Once Terra was saddled and swung up into the saddle, she happened to look down and here was Eric, walking right up, pulling a purple box out of his pocket...
I am proud to say that my styled shoots and weddings have been featured in these publications, and I'm honoured to have been apart of them!
Because if anyone can understand what is important to a country couple, it's a fellow farm girl. I know all about those deep roots. I know how to capture your wedding timelessly, in a way that you can pass down through generations. When it comes to marriage, country couples make it count. Your cowboy boots, your family brand, the square bale ceremony seating overlooking a family cow pasture, I uniquely understand why these details are special. I am on a first name basis when it comes to burlap, jute twine, lace & twinkly lights. I daydream about barn weddings. I'll probably cry if your first dance song is an Eric Church song. "Where I can hear her, I can see her, I can smell her sweet perfume. I can feel her skin against me in my sleep. Where I won't miss her, I can kiss her anytime that I want to. That's right where I need to be."
- Gary Allan
"I'll have everything I'll ever need;
I'm carrying your love with me."
